Track your submission

We use these two details to confirm the submission is yours. Payment and address details are never shown on this page.

What each stage means

Every submission moves through the same five stages. Most parcels reach payment within four to five days of being posted.

  1. Submission received. We have your details and your rate is locked for 48 hours. Post within that window and we pay the rate you locked, whatever the market does in transit.
  2. Label issued. Your free tracked Royal Mail QR label is ready. Show it at any Post Office: no printer needed. Nothing is charged until the label is scanned.
  3. On its way to us. Royal Mail has scanned your parcel and it is tracked to our Sheffield workshop.
  4. Received and testing. Your items are opened, weighed and XRF tested to confirm the exact purity. Non-silver parts such as knife blades and filler are removed and itemised.
  5. Paid. Payment is sent by Faster Payments within 48 hours of receipt, to an account in your name.
